Client will work with an experienced customer service agent to a maximum of 10 hours.
It is recommended to give clear and concise instructions to the resource in order for them to complete the task correctly.
Resource to be used for this service will be managing other clients as well, adhering to a schedule is a must to set proper expectations.
Resource will be able to perform basic bookkeeping functions.
CLIENT REQUIREMENT Client needs to identify their customer resolution process and provide any access details as needed.
ONGOING PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY After 10 hours has been consumed, client will then be offered to outsource their customer service agent full time with an established BPO company.
TERMS OF SERVICE Client will be assigned a resource that will work for them for a maximum of 10 hours, which needs to be consumed within the next 2 weeks. Client will only be getting support from the resource during office business hours and might respond with delay if resource is engaged with another client. Client has the option of converting the resource into an ongoing role at any given time, they will only need to notify their dedicated account manager. Resource will be able to do most customer service activities, unreasonable requests will be rejected right away (i.e work outside of agreed terms)

DISPUTE AND COMPLAINTS Client will be assigned an account manager during the 2 week period for any dispute and complaints.
