Client will have a customer assistance for their e-commerce site. We have a roster of top-caliber Filipino customer support agents who have years worth of experience in the e-commerce industry. You can get yourself involved in the recruitment process and handpicked the ones suitable for the job. While we have trainers on site, you also have the option to train the selected agents so you can ensure the quality of work is carried out throughout the project. Our agents will handle everything related to customer relations. From handling product complaints, managing customer’s expectations, to assisting with order entry, we’ve got you covered.
CLIENT REQUIREMENT
We need a project start-up meeting, access to your required systems and we need training material for the agents.ONGOING PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY
We can offer an extended on-going service and also with expansion with more agents. We can also offer on-going customer support in any language. Prices depending on lanaguages. We have started with just (1) agent with several clients and some teams are today more than 30 agents. We can also offer services in Content Management such as Data Entry, research, copy writing, image uploading, etc.TERMS OF SERVICE
170 working hours in a month according to your requested schedule. Min 35 hours and max 45 hours per week. Min 4 days and max 6 days a week. Min 6 hours and max 10 hours per day. Our equipment is a lap top with connecion to the Internet. The client will provide all needed software and eventual extra needed hardware. The client need to provide with education material. The client can choose to educate the staff by them self via Skype or with help of our Operations Manager. The client choose to be a part of the recruitment process or not. The client have the right to change agent at anytime without extra charges if not satisfied with our service.DISCLAIMER

We are very commited to deliver a service that you are satisfied with. If you are not satisfied with an agent we want you to direct the problems to our Operations Manager. We will offer: 1) Extra training for the agent. 2) Change of agent. 3) Termination of agreement with refund of unused hours. Refund will be paid back within 1 month and with a deduction of internation transfer fee´s.
